This is an observational study on patients with Addison disease. The aims of the study are definition of copeptin levels in the morning before taking replacement therapy in a cohort of patients with Addison’s disease under glucocorticoid replacement treatment, compared to normal values; assessment of the existence of correlation between levels of copeptin and salivary cortisol; evaluation of the potential of copeptin and salivary cortisol as biochemical markers for substitution therapy monitoring.
